What We Measure

  • InBody Composition: Medical-grade bioimpedance scan of muscle, fat, water, and basal metabolism.
  • Memory and Cognitive: Mini-Cog and memory recall screen for early changes in brain health.
  • COG and IV Review: Brief cognitive questionnaire plus micronutrient status to guide IV therapy needs.
  • Body Mobility Test: Flexibility and balance assessment to spot injury or fall risk.
  • A1C Check: Finger-stick test estimating three-month average blood glucose.

Most commercial plans and Medicare cover these preventive wellness services in full. If you prefer to pay out of pocket, the self-pay rate is 75 dollars per visit for the tests listed above.

Our screenings are available for anyone 13 and older. You don’t need an appointment, just walk in!

We provide common ones such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood glucose checks, and BMI measurements. But contact us if you want to ask about other tests, and we will let you know if we can provide them.

It’s best to fast for at least 8 hours before cholesterol screenings for the most accurate results, but feel free to ask our staff if you have questions.

Most screenings cost 75$ per visit for cash. Some services may be eligible for insurance or FSA reimbursement.

Quarterly checks are ideal for tracking trends, though your provider may recommend more or less frequent visits based on goals and history.
