Mark Poling
PharmD
Mark, a Yukon, Oklahoma native, served a Spanish-speaking mission in New York City before earning a PharmD from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2011; after marrying his college sweetheart Dana, he launched his pharmacy career in Hobbs, New Mexico, briefly returned to Oklahoma City, and now lives back in Hobbs with Dana and their four children.

John, raised in Rockville, Maryland after a Washington, D.C. birth, learned compassion in the Church of Christ, married Astrid more than thirty years ago, mastered carpentry and masonry before founding a contracting firm, then earned a PharmD from the University of New Mexico in 2008; after thirteen retail-pharmacy years, he’s opening independent Pharmacy 575 in Hobbs.

For the past five years, I have been a part of the Pharmacy 575 team, managing medication adherence programs for several long-term care facilities and optimizing back-of-house workflows. What I value most about pharmacy is the opportunity to combine attention to detail with meaningful patient support. I take pride in helping create a smoother experience for both patients and the healthcare teams who care for them. I am passionate about expanding my knowledge across all areas of pharmacy operations—from routine responsibilities to complex challenges. Hi, I’m a Certified Pharmacy Technician with over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy world. I started my career in a hospital setting before moving into retail pharmacy, where I found my true passion. I’ve spent many years serving the Hobbs community, along with 8 years working in Denver City, TX. I recently returned to Hobbs to join the team at Pharmacy575, where I’m excited to reconnect with old customers, meet new faces, and continue doing what I love. I enjoy getting to know people, building relationships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family and my grand-dogs. Whether I’m caring for people through medications (the legal kind, of course!), good food, or great conversation, taking care of the people around me is what I love most. I look forward to meeting many new faces and being part of the Pharmacy575 family for many years to come!

I’m also proud to be bilingual and enjoy serving our Spanish-speaking community by providing support in both English and Spanish. I’m always looking for opportunities to continue growing professionally, expand my knowledge, and stay up to date with new technologies and advancements in the pharmaceutical field. Hi guys my name is Annabel Hernandez, originally from Presidio, Tx and a proud Native American! I have 1 beautiful dog and 4 crazy cats which officially put me in the crazy cat lady category. I also have 4 crazy nieces and nephews that mean the absolute world to me. I have been working in the pharmacy world for about 7ish years now and have been grateful for all the opportunities that have been put in my path. Before joining Pharmacy 575 back in 2024 I worked in Midland, Tx for 4 years which gave me a lot of insight in retail pharmacy. I have been incredibly welcomed to be working with such a great team here in Hobbs, Nm & I look forward to helping my community everyday and making sure they are heard when they come to us.

Hello, my name is Adriana. I have been working as a pharmacy technician for a little over 3 years now. Before working here, I was in Texas where I was a medical assistant for 2 years. Spending a few years in this fast-paced field has taught me so much about how things really work behind the counter. It is genuinely rewarding to help people get the care they need every single day. There is always something new to learn when you are managing medications and assisting various patients. Finding a rhythm in such a busy environment makes the long shifts fly by much faster than expected. I truly enjoy being part of a team that stays focused on keeping everyone healthy and well-informed. Every shift brings its own unique set of challenges that keep the work interesting and dynamic. It is clear that this professional path involves a lot of growth and learning along the way.
