Pharmacy 575 SMS Terms
Pharmacy patient service messages
Pharmacy 575 offers optional text messages to help you manage pharmacy services. Messages may include prescription status and pickup notices, refill reminders, requests to confirm whether you want a prescription prepared, appointment reminders, and individualized care follow-ups. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
This program does not include advertising, promotional offers, or enrollment in another business’s messaging program. Any separate marketing program requires its own appropriate consent.
Joining the program
You may choose to enroll by completing the separate SMS consent section provided by Pharmacy 575. Providing a phone number, receiving pharmacy care, or acknowledging receipt of our HIPAA privacy notice does not by itself enroll you in texts.
By affirmatively choosing SMS enrollment, you authorize Pharmacy 575 to send the program messages described here to the mobile number you provide. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number, or are authorized to give permission for messages to that number. Tell us if the number changes or you no longer control it.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or receiving pharmacy care. If you do not enroll, contact us by phone or in person for pharmacy assistance. Read our SMS consent information
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your prescriptions, appointments, activity, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Pharmacy 575 does not charge a separate fee to enroll in this text program.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from program texts. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. To request enrollment again, contact Pharmacy 575 for assistance with the current enrollment process.
Reply HELP for help, call 575-263-2908, or email office@pharmacy575.com. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Mountain Time; closed Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary.
Privacy and safe use
Our Privacy Policy, including its Text Messaging Privacy section, explains how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages may be visible to others with access to your phone or mobile account. Do not send sensitive medical information by SMS. Call the pharmacy for private assistance.
Texts are not continuously monitored and must not be used for emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911. A preparation-preference request or refill reminder does not mean a prescription has been clinically approved, filled, or made ready for pickup. Follow the specific message instructions or call the pharmacy if you are unsure.
Delivery and program changes
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and other service providers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact the pharmacy if you need timely assistance or believe a message was missed.
We may update these terms and will post the current version here. A change to these terms does not substitute for obtaining any additional consent required for a new messaging purpose.
